Well-Being lessons:

Who are these sessions for?

These sessions are designed for children who are home-educated or require support with school-related concerns related to mental health.

What are these sessions about?

These sessions are designed to support children in understanding mental health—what it looks and feels like, how it impacts their lives, and skills to better manage and support their mental well-being.

Together, we will explore specific areas of concern, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the individual needs and unique learning styles of the child. Activities will include art therapies, breathing exercises, meditation, and holistic approaches to self-support.

More information.

Caring for your mental health is essential for functioning effectively as a human being. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a significant rise in mental health challenges among children, contributing to an increase in the number of children being home-educated.

It is evident that many parents feel that mainstream schools do not adequately prioritise the well-being of children. Instead, the focus tends to be on meeting academic expectations, achieving specific grades, and emphasising attendance levels, often without providing the necessary support to enhance a child's overall engagement and attendance.

Booking and consultations:

Session Pricing and Booking Information

Each session is priced at £45 for a one-hour appointment, payable on the day of the appointment. For those interested in a longer commitment, bulk bookings of ten sessions are available for £350.

To schedule your complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss this further, please select the consultation option on the booking page. Consultations are conducted online via Zoom.

Sessions can be arranged either online or in-person and can occur on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Following each session, a report will be provided to parents outlining any skills learned, allowing for continued support within the family setting. This report can also serve as additional evidence for homeschooling documentation.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
